One of my all-time favorites

I saw this movie in the theater when it first came out. I then saw it about twenty times (no exaggeration) on the cable station at my university. Each time, it was as funny as ever! I ended up buying the VHS version of this movie. I LOVE HAPPY!!!

This is one of my all time favorite movies and it is my favorite of all of Adam Sandler's movies. I think Adam is great. I've seen him in concert twice, and I like all his movies. Billy Madison is another one of my all-time favorite movies. I liked the Waterboy as well, and the Wedding Singer to a lesser degree. I like his type of humor. I also like the humor found in movies made by Adam's ex-SNL cast members Chris Farley and David Spade -- Black Sheep, Tommy Boy, and Beverly Hills Ninja. If you like those kind of movies, you should love Happy Gilmore. If you hated those movies, chances are you'll hate Happy.

Happy Gilmore has a lot of memorable lines. My friends and I are always quoting it. The same applies for the other same-genre movies listed above.

Adam always finds a way to team up with a classy mega-babe. In Billy Madison, it was the mortally beautiful Bridget Wilson. Now, in Happy Gilmore, he has Julie Bowen. What a lucky guy!

Adam Sander's movies usually have quiet a bit of profanity and vulgar humor, but they always emphasize that you really have to be a nice guy to win. Adam's a nice guy. He's basically a child at heart (and in head), and his movies reflect that. They're all "feel-good" movies, that can attract a wide audience. But a lot of people get turned off by his offensive style of humor.
