Pros: very portable. takes good video

Cons: Poor photo quality, hand strap gets in the way when changing disc.

I am quite disappointed with the unit. I had it for a little over 1 year. The unit just ceased opening the cover. Can no longer use the unit. I am also surprised to read that one other unit with the identical problem. Repair cost will be $120 at authorized dealer to look at.
Customer service knows only "how to reset the unit ". Anything other problem is referred.
