Inexpensive and very durable and useful.
Pros:
Compact, easily cleaned, cheap.
Cons:
Pre-cut larger foods like carrots.
The Bottom Line:
I recommend as an alternative to using a larger food processor for those quick, small chopping jobs.

Author's Review
I picked this inexpensive chopper up last year for chopping nuts to put into a cookie recipe. Well, that was only the beginning of all its uses for me.
I use it for dicing garlic, onion, nuts, herbs and just about anything I don't want to cut up by hand. It has never given me any problems and the cup which really only holds about 1 cup is ample for quick jobs. I have used it with liquids (oil, vinegar) as well to blend herbs into a dressing and it was also excellent for that. Another quick use is for a salsa dip or guacamole that you can mix all in one container.
The lid, blade and cup pop in the dishwasher (I recommend top rack) for really easy clean up, while the base is easily wiped with a sponge. I did see others saying to keep it out of the dishwasher but I really never had a problem. I truly cant believe I never had a smaller chopper before, as I would usually lug out my big food processor, which now is sitting neglected in a closet!
The motor and blade seem very durable to me, again I chop walnuts very fine with it. I know others who have more expensive versions of this chopper by other makers who have had the thing burn out, so for the price I am very impressed.
I just came back to add this: I just used this wonderful machine to chop up peppermint candy for a recipe. I was a bit scared it would ruin the blade or break all together, but not this Chopper! I crushed a bag of round peppermints a little at a time and it held up wonderfully!
