Great Slow Cooker

We've had one of these for more than ten years. Although we use it at home for many things, the rubberband-like top holder and insulated case make it perfect for transporting and sharing chili, cajun shrimp, or other dishes at parties, etc. Never had an issue, except we broke the handles on the side; and this was due to our own misuse.

I went to the Hamilton Beach website and filled out the online form requesting information on how to obtain replacement handles. Within a week, UPS dropped off a complete new unit. I was amazed!

Next time I buy a kitchen appliance, if Hamilton Beach makes one, I'm buying it. This company stands behind their product and rewards customer loyalty.
