Not good at toasting

Pros: Removable crumb tray is very nice; interior non-stick also good. Stainless steel outside

Cons: Toasting: Can only toast on very top rack; can't get toast out then.

I'm debating returning my unit. It only toasts on the very top rack --- so, it makes it very difficult to get the toast out. Also, takes a long time to toast.
