See Ricki Run

I saw Hairspray a couple of times. I thought it was funny. To see Ricki Lake shaped like a blimp was hilarious. If you remember the late 50's and early 60's, you'll like this movie.
Ricki is a girl named Tracy who just wants to be on a show like American Bandstand. Of course there is another girl who thinks she is "all that and a bag of chips". But this "all that" girl is 51 cards short of a full deck.
The songs in the movie bring back a little bit of nostalgia. There are topics like not having a black boy in a white girl's room (funny scene here) and stuff like that.
I don't want to say too much about the movie but you'll get your money's worth if you rent it cheap. Just to see Ricki Lake really, really fat is funny enough.
