Great machine.. But some issues

We had a service technician look at the unit and all seems better. The soak button must be in the off position to cycle past 3 on delicates and only the cycles with the black star can go to the dry cycle automatically.

I have had the machine for about 2 weeks now and have been washing drying diligently almost every day. We are expecting twins and almost thought we could get away with hand washing everything until everyone told us we were crazy. ;-) So.. we invested in this unit after reading the reviews on here and elsewhere it seemed like a good choice.

Overall we are happy with our choice, the unit is very solid and washes/dries great, although the wash/dry cycles take quite some time to go through.

Some issues that we experienced:

- The water connections are plastic, I feel they should be metal to avoid stripping and wear and tear.
- Our unit does not pass number 3 on the delicates cycle. I must manually turn it past that point when it reaches it.
- The unit also does not automatically dry in any other cycle except regular.
