Look for something else

The Bottom Line: I cannot recommend this machine to anyone due to the poor service and the fact the machine broke in the first 2 months.
Review: FINAL UPDATE: We are now sending the machine back to WALMART. We have waited over 8 weeks for the machine to be repaired and have had no success in Haier sending the part to the Appliance Service center.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Now it has been 4...

Do Not Buy Haier

The Bottom Line: Do Not Buy Haier! No help from customer service, hard to find repair service for it.

Terrible unit, terrible company

The Bottom Line: No one should ever buy this unit. No one knows how to repair it, and Haier will do nothing to help you in the end. Pile of JUNK

Want to love it, but hate it so far!

The Bottom Line: If you are lucky and don't get a lemon, you can learn to love it making many concessions. Do not think it will perform like the big ones.
