Haier needs to learn A LOT about doing business in America!

Pros: Compact, very quiet, nice design, easy to use

Cons: Customer Service, Quality, Wrinkled clothes, doesnt really dry 100%

Great in size and barely any noise, machine is a little awkward to use. Heaven forbid you need to contact the manufacturer, GOOD LUCK! Dealing with them, is like dealing with complete and utter morons who on top of being morons, skip around the questions you ask and change the subject because they cant answer you!

Clothes do come out 97% dry ( a drop moist) and they are freakin WRINKLED! WOW, other than that, i like the machine, the looks, etc. Could be a little better quailty, but......
