Pros:
The machine is efficient and easy to use making laundry day less onerous
Cons:
It breaks down with greater frequency than regular machines and is difficult to repair
The Bottom Line:
The machine is difficult to repair and has a greater frequency of breakdowns compared to the separate washers and dryers, I would not recommend it for purchase.

Author's Review
I had enjoyed the functionality of my Washer/Dryer with the following exceptions:
The first machine I bought had a funny quirk; it filled itself with water without prompting. On several occasions, I found the machine filled with water and leaking onto the floor. After contacting Haier, the machine was replaced under the warranty. The new machine worked fine until 18 months into operation when it began to labor under the weight of 2 towels. I removed towels from my home laundry list and washed them in the Condo Laundry room instead. Then it stopped drying. I had the recommended repair man look at the machine and he declared it dangerous to use. I sent the machine out for repair on June 4, 2003 and have not as yet been able to get it back. Apparently, the motor was damaged and changed but the blower, a $16.00 piece of equipment, is on back order from China. I called the Company and was referred to a Mr. Cue, the troubleshooter. I called him on three separate occasions but he never returned my phone calls. It is now Oct.21, 2003, I have no machine, no idea of a return date and no satisfaction.
