GARBAGE!

I purchased this freezer at Home Depot after my 35 year old freezer started to go.

I will NEVER EVER purchase another appliance from Haier again! The reason we purchased this freezer in the first place, was because we needed a freezer THAT NIGHT - and this was the ONLY upright freezer that Home Depot had in stock!

Our new Haier Upright Freezer (HUF138PA) crapped out after 9 months and we lost over $800 worth of meat and other food! When I called Haier and asked for help with food cost replacement or a food voucher, they said, "I'm sorry but Haier doesn't do that."

Tell me how a 9 month old freezer just craps? The appliance contractor is coming today to look at it, but I'm afraid to trust it again. I'm going to stock this freezer up with food again, and if it dies again...AGAIN Haier won't help me? I'm supposed to be able to DEPEND on a BRAND NEW PRODUCT to work and NOT have these problems!

My final word?........HAIER SUCKS - AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DIDN'T BUY AMERICAN!!!!
