The Bottom Line: This is one powerful AC unit that will cool you down FAST on those hot/humid days. GREAT product.

The Bottom Line: Good for a renter, I would buy something nicer if it is a long term solution.
Review: I just recently helped my friend buy and install a few window air conditioners for his new apartment. This one was a good deal at BJS wholesale club, at around $150.

Terrible product, terrible customer support

The Bottom Line: Avoid this product for its technical problems.
Review: The unit is loud, but that didn't bother me so much. And also the unit does not seem to accurately sense the room's temperature, but you can work around that too. As long as it blows cold air (which it does) who cares, right?
