Author's Review

I bought this or a similar model at Wal-Mart. It was so noisey we could barely stay in the room. It was supposed to cool 400-700 square feet. It didn't even cool 350 square feet with standard 8 ft. ceilings.

A 16,000 BTU is doing a better job of cooling than the Haier model at supposedly 18000 BTU.

Further, it was really running up the KW's.

However, Wal-Mart was very nice and took it back.
