The Haier kegerators are notorious for requiring a service call in less than 2 years. Furthermore, when Haier fails to include all the parts, the Haier customer service people will not send the missing part. They are very rude and just don't care that they made a mistake. Their purpose, it would seem, is to make you wish you had bought from ANY other company. The thermostats are extreme weak links in Haier products, and ALL Haier appliances that require a thermostat should be avoided!
