Hard to Rate

For five months, I really liked this dishwasher.  It was average in cleaning power and noise, but had lots of great features -- stainless steel tub, scrub mode, hidden controls, etc.  Then one day it just quit.  Haier couldn't send a repair tech for two weeks, but that was just the start.  It has now been SEVEN MONTHS with no resolution!!!  I've incurred significant costs sending registered letters, making dozens of phone calls, and NOTHING!!!  The Haier call centre is always very polite and "helpful," but nothing ever comes of it!  I'm now off warrenty, and wondering if I'm ever going to get satisfaction.
