This product is a LEAKER

The Bottom Line: Get this unit only if you can put it directly over a sewer drain.
Review: The model number of the unit I purchased is HD456E. It has electronic controls which allow you to set the relative humidity you want to achieve from 40% to 70%. One thing the user manual doesn't tell you is that there is a continuous ON setting...

Review: This is a very basic unit. No frills. Minimal mechanical controls. Dial [off, 0-9, continuous] for how much to run, fan hi-low. Thats it.

Cheap Plastic, Works Decently, Don't buy for long-term use

The Bottom Line: Only buy this product if you have a short-term need for it. Do not expect this product to last longer than a few months.
Review: We bought one of these from Target in May 2008 for approximately $149. We plugged it in and it never turned on. So we assumed it was a fluke and returned it for another one, same model. This second one works well, but the handle to the 45 pint...
