Well constructed, small, sleek, Touch-powered, and better than the iPhone.

Pros: Great hardware: gorgeous screen, very small size, rich set of hardware controls.

Cons: Software immature.  Battery life could be better.

The Bottom Line: Buy it.  Simply the best smart phone out there.  Software will definitely improve over time.
