The DL360 has grown up, a good server has become a great server.
Pros:
Hot Swap PSU
All a 1u box could ever need
Cons:
None
The Bottom Line:
A box you can take more seriously as an apps platform, not just for farms anymore. There are no better 1u servers out there.

Author's Review
I have worked with the DL360 since its emergence on the market,
We have 12 DL360s in service, 6 G4s and 6 older DL360s.
It was always a good box if slightly pricey initially, but it got cheaper until in recent years it became a server to give you plenty of processing power in a small amount of space.
On thing that plagued the old DL360's was reliability, they were the least reliable of all servers to bear the proliant name. The key flaws were always, the power supplies failed frequently (the power supply's internal fan to be precise), and the single central blower fan, which on failure would bring the whole box down in a smouldering heap.
But HP have learned with the G4 and these flaws have been addressed.
The cooling system has been changed. There are now several fans to eliminate that single point of failure.
But the biggest edition to the G4 is HP have managed to squeeze in hop swap redundant power supplies. This makes the DL360 all of a sudden a solid enough box for higher priority applications.
If you have and semi-important app that doesn't require a lot of storage, or if you (like in our case) have a SAN, you can use these babies to do the front-end processing, without having to stretch your budget to an ML series box.
Apart from that, you get 64bit xeon, dual cpu board.
The onboard array controller gives good u320 performance through its two hot swap bays, either stripped or mirrored.
There is a floppy and a CD drive squeezed in there,
and dual gigabit nics and an ILo port, at the back.
Also there is a full PCIx slot if you need it (we use ours for fibre channel connection to our SAN.
As for the rails etc, a single person could install one in minutes.
So basically everything one could possibly ask from a 1u server has been provided.
