Party Like a Rock Star!

by   groves22 ,  Jan 17, 2008
Pros: Very addicting. Great for all ages. Longevity in gameplay with unlockables
Cons: No online co-op career.
The Bottom Line: It is a great game for ages of gamer. It is fun, addicting, and entertaining for all!
Review: Don’t know how to play the guitar? Have no musical talent at all? Try picking up Activision’s Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. Here you will have a chance to rock out on some good old classic rock songs, as well as some more modern hits. ...

Guitar Hero 3-Rock For All Ages

by   wyowrestler160 ,  Dec 4, 2007
Pros: Great song and artist selection
Cons: Graphics are mediocre
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this game to anyone, young and old
Review: Green…Yellow…Blue…Red….Green…R ed…Blue…If this is you playing Guitar Hero, then you have some work to do. Thankfully, in Activision’s Guitar Hero 3- Legends of Rock, being a beginner rocker is no problem. There are many tools(some new, some old) to hel...

Rock On!

by   th3p3arl ,  Apr 22, 2008
Pros: Same old awesome gameplay, a little harder for people who shredded through the first two
Cons: STILL NO AC/DC!!!!! This makes me so angry
The Bottom Line: Great game, but some AC/DC would be awesome. You will read my opinion on this several more times.
Review: This is a great game in a great saga. It has to be the best for graphics and songs. Also when you've beat it the harder levels will feel like a whole new game. Then there's the multiplayer, which is a lot of fun. Not only can you battle and co-op, you ...

Welcome to the Jungle!

by   weatherbee1982 ,  Jan 28, 2008
Pros: Improved visuals, better song selection, controls more responsive, wireless guitar available, new modes
Cons: Difficulty is tuned up, flashing lights problematic, poorly made battle mode, coop career offline
The Bottom Line: The same addicting Guitar Hero series play returns. Though this time, you will need to bring some serious attitude to conquer the higher difficulties.

Guitar Hero 3: Burn, Burn, Burns To The Wick

by   titan45 ,  May 24, 2008
Pros: Some cool songs, flashy new career mode, better co-op play
Cons: Intrusive product placement, some really lame songs, lacks the energy of the first two
The Bottom Line: It's the same entertaining game, but with Rock Band out, its weaknesses are glaring. While some of it is fun, other parts reek of cheap cash-ins
Review: There are good games, there are bad games, and then there are revolutionary games; for their technical proficiency or their acceptance into pop culture. For better or worse, Harmonix/Red Octane's Guitar Hero franchise has earned itself a place in the ...
