Buyer Beware!

My husband bought this unit after shopping around for the split units. We had it installed and it worked pretty well for about 6 months when it stopped working. We had someone look at it and they said it needed a part. My husband contacted the company and spent an extra $45.00 dollars to have the part mailed overnight.
We waited for over five days. Tried to call the company and our calls were not returned. Finally I wrote a pretty nasty e-mail to customer service and finally got a call back. They sent the part and get this IT WAS the WRONG PART! So then we had to go through the whole nightmare again of trying to get someone to talk to us. They actually didn't believe they sent the wrong part so I had to e-mail a picture of the old one and the one they sent us side-by-side before they would consider sending us the right part. So supposedly they were to overnight the part. That was four days ago. I called today and reached a voicemail. Asked very nicely for someone to call me back and so far my call has not been returned.
Please do not buy from this company, the customer service is virtually nonexistent.
I actually do like the split unit. It cooled very well and most of all was very quiet. But I would never buy from this company again!
