Pros: There is nothing positive about this manufacturer. I would not waste money with them.

Cons: EVERYTHING is a CON with SOLEUSAIR. Buyer Beware !!!!

This company has no customer support nor does it have any customer service. They do not answer the phone and emails are not returned. I would not ever buy a product from this company. I would choose a different ductless a/c from a different manufacturer. I wasted over $950.00 on a defective and useless a/c. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!
