Buyer Beware

The Bottom Line: Please spare yourself the agony. Do not buy this product (or any other product that might require interacting with Soleus customer "support").
Review: I bought this product for around $900, and then paid another $1200 to have it professionally installed by my licensed AC guy. It has never worked properly. After the AC guy left it cooled for about 15 minutes. Then it would stop. I immediately...
