Nice features with basic problems

We bought the quattro tour stroller based on the reviews that we had read. We have owned an Evenflo duo, and other side by side umbrella strollers but have never been 100% satisfied. We bought the pattern G Galore. We have a 4 month old, 2 year old, and a five year old so we have used plenty of strollers. This stroller was bought for the younger two.

The first day we used it the back tray broke off for no reason. We were using it at a amusement park and our baby was in the seat at the time. It has been 6 weeks and these trays are still on backorder. The back cushion is also constantly slipping down and its hard to keep in the right spot.

On the plus side, the setup of the stroller is great, and it is no heavier than any other stroller that holds that much weight. Our baby loves to kick in the back seat because it has a flap you can lift to help with smaller infants. My daughter is so compfy in the front seat she can sleep and not be bothered. The canopys are very large, but our daughter (2 years) almost hits her head on the canopy if she sits straight up. This stroller would be ideal for the first couple years if you had twins. All the storage and cup holders are great, the parent cup holders are easy to lose as you fold it ours are constantly popping off.

We do not use ours daily, we use it for special outings. We have a van, so its fills the whole hatch. All in all I don't know that we will get our moneys worth, and I feel the company does not work with you to get the product fixed when problems arise. If you used this product daily and were in walking distance of many things it would be ideal.

UPDATE: October 20 I received my replacement tray for the back seat, just 5 weeks and 3 calls after first reporting my broken tray.
