The Bottom Line: I would purchase this again. Good buy. Very durable and baby friendly.
I've used this travel system with the carseat attached to the stroller and without. It works well both ways.
When I used it with the carseat, it was very easy to attach and detach the carseat. Also, there were times when it would start raining, and with the carseat sunshade and the stroller canopy, baby could stay completely dry. Also, bug nets fit over the entire area.
There is plenty of storage room (just don't put too much weight in the bottom) that when I am just running into a store, I'll use this instead of a cart (less germs, right?)
It is easy to collapse and I can do it with one hand if I need to (I would rather do it with two though).
Once baby is older and I don't use the carseat, the five point harness is kind of silly. Babies usually want to sit up then, so I just did the three point harness.
I love that when you are using it without the carseat, if baby falls asleep, you can adjust the back of his stroller so that he is on more of an incline to sleep more comfortably.
The only big downside to this is that it is a pretty bulky combo. If you own a small car, the stroller will fill up almost your entire trunk.
