The Bottom Line: very good game for an awesome price.
When I got goldeneye I nearly threw all my other games away. I thought it would have been too hard because of the movie it's based on. This game has awesome graphics and very realistic weapons. No wonder it's got 1997 through 1998 game of the year award. This game is very entertaining and I never get tired of it. The graphics are very accurate and the sound is great. The gameshark works great with this. This game stands out. All of the people I know have this game. It doesn't have not too many levels or not enough levels. This is the only game I ever play!
Some playing tips
1.to run faster hold the 'C' left button while running.
2.If guards are chasing you and you need to get back up in the vent in the facility go to the bathroom in which you came down from and stand on the toilet. Hold the joy stick to the left and hold the 'C' right button and also hold the 'R' button. After a few moments you should go up into the vents, quickly let go of all the buttons and hold the joystick forward.
3.The Streets level is tricky but heres a few different ways to make it to the end of the level:
a.as many rights as possible
b.straight, left, left, left
4.The statue can be a little confusing so I mapped out the place and know it by heart now. Here's how you do it:
1:When you start out go stay to the left side of the wall. The first trailer you will come across isn't the one with Valetine so keep going on the left side of the wall then you will come across another trailer that's the one with Valentine in it complete that objective and switch to the right side of the wall then you will see a statue of the Russian symbol that means that there will be a trail going into the right wall. Go into there and go to the big statue of a guy and go back to where you came from but then Alec will come out. Complete that objective and then you will be timed to get to the helicopter back track to the beggining and save Natalya and find the flight recorder and the to back to the gates and put your gun away then complete that objective.Your'e done!
