Excellent movie - in a class of its own

Gods Must be Crazy - 2 is probably the finest comedy movie I have ever seen. The sheer novelty of the plot and the situations makes you sit up and notice everything that is going on.

A Bushman gets separated from his children when they climb on the water filled truck of a poacher. No one watching the scenes involving the children will accept that they are actors. The joy and puzzlement on their faces on seeing so much water, their tears and anguish when they get separated and their final tears of joy do not look like acting.

This is the main plot. There also minor, funny side-plots like the two fighting soldiers. The typical white woman and the man etc. All these together make the scenes very fun-filled, if a little bit slapstick.

The major plus point about this movie is that it is 100% free of vulgarity. This is a time when many comedians do not know the difference between funny and bawdy, so it was nice to see a movie that you can watch with your whole family.

I think this movie is funnier than the First one.

Also, other than the fun, the movie also questions our "progress" by showing the peaceful and simple bushmen as a study in contrast.
