Love the grill

Recently acquired the G5 from Amazon (since believe it or not every store local to me was sold out from the holiday season, with no "restock" date).

Meal one - grilled ham and cheese sandwiches - very tasty
Meal two - reheated premade frozen breakfast sandwiches that I make (usually microwave) but this turned them into a nice little breakfast panini
Meal three - Bubba Burgers with salt and pepper rub (no fancy stuff). This turned out SO much better then on my gas stove with the cast iron pan I usually use. Extremely juice, perfect on the outside, medium well on the inside.
Meal four - Chili rubbed center cut pork chops. Grilled on the outside, cooked all the way thru and not dried out (I hate dry pork).

Anyway, this is it so far and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I used to have a contact grill (not a Foreman) that worked well but was a bear to clean. The one feature that I absolutely would NOT live without is the removable plates. It makes clean up so simple and easy. The one small gripe I have about it is its odd shape. I wish there was a way to make it stand on end for storage and that the interchangables plates came with a storage rack of sorts. My SO is make a storage rack for the plates and accessories so everything can sit together right on the same counter top.
