I have had my Geo 12 years and love it !

I bought my Geo Metro off the lot in 1992. My husband who is not a mechanic has done all the work on it and found it easy to work on. The only repairs we have done were oil changes every 3 months or so, plugs etc, replaced the battery, the hood latch(factory done) under warranty, replaced the signal arm (under warranty), brakes finally were repaired after about 6 or 7 years, this has been a very reliable little car. It now still drives at 226,000 kilometers on the original clutch and without a problem. I bought it originally thinking it would be cheap on gas, I was young, not having a large income and living on my own, I had know idea it would prove to be one of the best purchases I ever made. I really got my money's worth out off this little car. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for reliability and fuel economy. (For a little car it actually has a lot off leg room, my husband is 6 ft 2" and can move the seat back far enough for him to be comfortable with his long legs.)
