Garmin Nuvi 680 GPS, well worth the money--bang for your buck!!
Pros:
easy to use, valuable and accurate information, very easy to read, display is clear, colorful
Cons:
If you miss your road or turnoff, the "re-calculating" voice can be annoying!!
The Bottom Line:
My final recommendation is to buy this unit if you are looking for a good GPS, very good unit for the money that you will pay.

I recieved the Garmin for my birthday. What an excellent birthday present. We live in Tacoma-Seattle area where is it used a lot. My wife is in sales, so she is always going places, so the Garmin comes very useful when she has to go to a business in which she doesn't know where it it at. All she has to do is type in the address--hasn't failed her yet. The traffic update is very useful also. We even took a trip to LA, there is not way we could have survived without it-definitely got our money's worth there. It was a life saver. Very easy to use, very easy to read, even switches to dark mode once the sun goes down, so the display doesn't blind you at night. The hotel, gas, and restaurant finder is very useful also.
I got this unit after a lot of research on the internet, you get more bang for you buck with this unit. Have had no problems with maps, or reception. I did notice that the unit does have missing information on military installations (actually, don't mind, post 911 ideas there), other than that, that's the only time i have noticed missing/not accurate information.
My boss and a good friend of mine have these units also, so they had very positive feedback on the unit, so that helped my decision. Not only that, when we went to buy the unit at Costco, there was 2 people there buying them that just had their units stolen out of their cars days prior. They didn't hestitate to buy the garmin (same replacement as got stolen).
Like i said, well worth the money!! recommend to all.
