Garmin FORETREX 101 GPS Receiver

Hey,
This little inexpensive GPS is great. It picked up satellites even in NYC and that's not easy. Waypoints are easy to add. I think folks familiar with Garmin and the terms they use to control their GPS's will be happy to know they did not re-invent the wheel. The "Page" button still moves you from screen to screen. The "Enter" button still brings up sub-menus that are very easy to understand. I like this unit because it will work with my exercise routine by acting as a pedometer AND I can stick it on my Daughter's car (16 year-old) It's water resistant and see how fast she is driving when I am not there. It also has a feature to come on and off at intervals. This last feature was the ONLY thing for which I needed to open the book.
