FUN!!!!!

When I was little I'd get mom's copy and do the puzzles she didnt like...she's a crossword puzzler and as a little one, these were beyond me...as I grew I started going through old copies that were around the house and doing the crosswords that had been abandoned and then got my own subscription. At some point they quit publishing it!

I believe I screamed when I saw this one the newsstand again :)

There are puzzles in here for all levels of solver and they are clearly rated with a system of stars near the title of each so if you are easily discouraged you don't have to start something you don't think you'll be able to finish.

There are all kinds of things in here, although it does seem to be slanted towards crosswords, there are always other things to do! I always seem to find something different and although I do enjoy the crosswords, my favorites are the puzzles called Wackie Wordies where they draw the word as a visual puzzle.

They have articles about game collectors, designers and new games. The reviews aren't limited to board games but even encompass some computer games as well.

The contests are fun to read, although I've entered one or two, I've yet to get the coveted Games TShirt!

Next time you have to travel or know that you'll spend a lot of time waiting for something, pick up a copy before you go...I'll bet you'll be trying to find a pencil before long.
