JVC GR-D270 Mini DV Camcorder

i agree with the review by ammazcd. this camera is less than a year old, has been used to record less than 5 hours of video, and now the playback is blocky. head-cleaning tapes are supposed to solve the problem, but they don't. more importantly, why should i have to clean the heads after only 5 hours?! the manual suggests cleaning after 1000 hours.

sent jvc customer support countless emails but never got a response. bottom line: jvc warranty covers parts but not labor. they should give me a new !@#$ing camera.
