Decent Budget CD/MP3 player

by   LarryArmstrong ,  Aug 5, 2006
Pros: Low cost. Antiskip Works. Most VBR MP3s play fine. Random play is random.
Cons: Some VBR MP3s don't play well.
Review: I've been using this player for a few weeks on the bus now. It's antiskip feature really works. It handles standard MP3s fine and most of my variable bit rate (VBR) MP3s have played fine as well. A few have not played well, but considering the cost of ...

Just awful. Avoid at all costs.

by   noahldiamond ,  Mar 22, 2008
Pros: Cheap, relatively compact and... something else. I don't know what, but something.
Cons: Everything else. It's slow, of poor build, and handles like a locomotive in space.
The Bottom Line: If you have not realized from my previous statements, this piece of hardware is of such poor quality that it almost isn't worth mentioning, except for how terrible it is.
Review: This player is absolutely terrible. It loads slow, it doesn't play the entire track, it has problems using any power source besides an AC or car adapter. The one I bought did not power on with batteries. It has a single line display to tell you the ...
