A head turner with all the amenities
Date of Review: Nov 14, 2008
We bought our 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab SLE2 on August 26, 2008, and when we went truck shopping it was the only one on my list. This trucks rides great, accelerates quickly, and turns heads at traffic lights and on the road.
Some of the amenities it has are leather seats, GPS navigation, XM & Sirius satellite radio, rain sensing wipers that turn on automatically when it starts raining, Onstar, roomy interior storage armrest bin, back up sensors and numerous other items.
The crew cab makes it easy for hauling kids around or friends and when I grocery shop it takes one hand to flip the seat up out of the way and the floor is nearly flat so you can easily put groceries in without items rolling around.
I got the Texas edition which includes 20" tires and extra towing capability.
GM trucks have always been a mainstay in the U.S. car market. With employee pricing it made this truck an even sweeter deal.
