Whirlpool Duet Gas & Electric Dryer

This dryer is a complete waste of money. Other than it looking really nice in the laundry room with the matching pedestals it does not dry. The sensor drying setting WILL NOT GET THE CLOTHES DRY and at the most, it will only get them warm. I set it at the longest setting of 99minutes and on the Hot setting and then I need to set it for another 40 minutes after that for them to get dry. This is definately not an Energy Saver even thought it says Energy Star. The matching washer works nice and is especially nice to pull the clothes out the front, but it is no match for the terrible dryer. If I put it in at night and dont remember to set it again for the additional time, the clothes smell mildewy in the morning and then you have to start all over again and rewash.
We did not get the warranty on this item and wish we did. This was a big investment for my family and we thought we would go all out after years of going to the laundromat. Big waste of money. Do your homework and look at reviews of other brands if you want to invest in a front load dryer.
