Big Disappointment

Date of Review: Nov 2, 2007

We had this machine for three months and have been extremely disappointed. Clothes do not come out clean. We have tried a variety of soaps, water temps and smaller load sizes but the clothes still come out less than clean. This model has "Perfect Temp" which means that the water temperature is regulated by electronics not by the person washing the clothes. So when "Hot" is selected, the machine still mixes both hot water and cold water. Even when you close the "cold" water house line to the machine, the machine stops. Also the fabric softener cup is flimsy and requires frequent cleaning.

Pros
Quiet
Cons
"Perfect Temp" means "luke warm" water when "Hot" has been selected.
