Buyer Beware

We bought this dishwasher two years ago along with the five year Sears warranty. Today, the repair team came out because the bolts on the panel and the panel edge is RUSTING. We were told that rust is not covered by the warranty. This dishwasher was pricey and it is really a shame that we must watch it rust already. It looks like even major appliances are not made to last anymore. The dishwasher sits next to our 40 year old Wedgewood stove which still works like a charm and isn't rusting at all.
