Not very happy with the product

The Bottom Line: I would recommend looking at alternate products. Although long on style, this product is short on cleaning substance.
We wanted to spend about $400-500 on a dishwasher and my main criteria was just that it wash well. I didn't care too much about quietness. I liked the design of this model with the movable utensil holder, deep upper tray for long wine glasses and the fold-down part that holds the wine glass stems. It has three arms for washing and the better quality coating on the tines. However, with all the good looks and features, it just doesn't clean that well.
Peanut butter on knives never comes off and I have to always run it on the "cookware" setting rather than just the "normal wash" setting. I also have to use jetdry in order to just get a "good" clean rather than an "excellent" clean. I have had the product now since 7/9/03 and I will be calling the store to see what my options are as far as exchanging it for a better product.
On the positive side, it is very quiet!
