Ah the joys of a double oven!! Mama mia I'm in love.

Cons:
Top oven rack is tricky to pull out without getting a burn.
The Bottom Line:
While this isn't space age looking, I really love the ease of using and the overall convenience of the smaller oven. I've cooked everything from pizza to cookies to casseroles.

We bought this range because the one that came with our home was a dud, couldn't use the self cleaning feature, door wonky...
Anyhow, it was still working but since my husband is in the Air Force, we knew we would be moving & renting eventually and I thought why should the renter have a new appliance? Why can't I?
So, I researched and found the double oven in a single oven concept. Perfect!! I never, ever use the bottom drawer in the oven for anything ~ why not make that space useful?
Well, I LOVE this range. The flat cooktop has a 'bridge' which means we can use our griddle and the whole thing gets hot. The adjustable size for the largest coil is fabulous, I change it a few times a day (no more suntans while cooking!)
I absolutely adore the pizza oven setting on the smaller top oven. It will ask whether it's a fresh pizza or frozen!! Plus, it heats up so quickly ~ I didn't realize how much my bread could rise while the other one was taking it's time heating up.
We've used the large oven for a turkey and it worked beautifully. It is dazzling to my friends because they really haven't seen the concept. Sure double wall ovens but never a standard sized range with 2 ovens.
I know that I'm using the right amount of energy too because I use the smaller oven all the time ~ we've never been toaster oven people but I guess that's what it's like the convenience of a toaster oven with the power of a full size.
The top oven rack is a little tight, it takes some skill to be able to pull it out smoothly ~ so like another owner, I wish it was a little easier to pull out.
The only complaints I have are: I bought it from Sears and am still waiting for my refund of delivery charges. I appears they haven't received it and I guess that's one way they don't have to reiumburse you! The delivery guys scraped an edge of the top, they said they would send me some 'touch up paint', still waiting and doubtful that touchup paint will work on this scrape. I guess I need to set foot into Sears again and see the manager!
All in all, I love this range ~ it seems I'm really beginning to enjoy my appliances. My Dyson vacuum was my first love, LG washer & dryer my second ~ not as enamored with the dishwasher but then it doesn't do any tricks.
