Pros: Oven pre-heats in superfast time!!

Cons: Top oven rack is tricky to pull out without getting a burn.

The Bottom Line: While this isn't space age looking, I really love the ease of using and the overall convenience of the smaller oven.  I've cooked everything from pizza to cookies to casseroles.
