Too Short a life cycle

Pros: Great features. Second model I have had in the Spacemaker XL group.

Cons: Not reliable if it fails in only 2-1/2 years. Software glitch?

It worked fine until it quit. Twice now in the past few months it stopped warming food. A power cycle solved the problem the first time. It doesn't seem to solve the problem now. GE-How about a five year warranty to prove your quality!!!

This is what discourages folks from American Corporate products. Look what's happening to Ford & GM.
