Poor customer support from GE

We purchased this microwave from PC Richard & Son over a month ago and have not used it even once.

There is a rotating knob which you use to select functions and change options. This did not work and we were told by PC Richard & Sons agent that we needed to contact GE customer support.

Since then we have
1. received wrong parts
2. parts supposed to arrive in 1 day took 6 days (FedEx was blamed by GE as having lost the part in transit - it promptly arrived at our house the next day)
3. technician was confirmed by GE customer service representative to arrive on a particular day but they never updated the system
4. technician was confirmed to arrive at 7am in the morning by one representative and another rep promptly said that nobody worked before 9am and rep would arrive between 9am & 12pm. Then a 3rd rep said the technician would not arrive at all because they did not know if the part had arrived (and these guys could not even phone & confirm - they have main & alternate numbers).

All in all, it sounds like GE customer service is run by nincompoops. On top of it, I had to take multiple days off in anticipation of getting this microwave repaired.

I guess if the appliance works flawlessly, people should thank their lucky stars.
