Pros: Great customer service!  I love that I can schedule a service call online.

Cons: Cleaning the stovetop but it's the same for all smooth surface tops.

The Bottom Line: Highly recommend. Came with the house so $ is wrong.

Pros: smooth top with three-sized element,bridged burner, second oven, convection oven, looks great

Cons: Needs another large burner,oven racks require greasing - messy, short second oven.

The Bottom Line: This is a great range with a lot of neat features. Just be aware that the smooth top can be difficult to maintain.
