Do not buy this machine

This machine is awful and depending on where you purchase it from, it can be a nightmare.

I purchased this machine 6 months ago from Sears. A few months after purchase, the machine started bouncing around (literally) during the spin cycle - it sounded like a helicopter was landing in the laundry room. We had a repair technician come out and he said that the spinner nut was not installed properly under the basket. He fixed it, or so we thought. Two weeks later, same problem but this time we found a small lake in the laundry room. When the tech came back out, he told us that the basket had cracked and needed to be replaced.

I approached the retailer about replacement (Sears) and they outright refused and were extremely rude about it, even though the actual repair costs more than what I paid for this machine.
