Pros: Reasonably priced. sound works OK with a headset and sound cancelling mic.

Cons: Sound fades out. Poor phone book. No human support.

The Bottom Line: I would not buy this again. I'm kicking myself for not immediately returning it to OfficeMax. I thought I was imagining the problems. But I've verified them with other people.
