Nothing fancy; fair value for the price

I bought one of these phones for $15 at Big Lots in August, 2007. It has worked well enough for 19 months, but the battery pack is getting tired. I can only talk for about 40 minutes before it dies, with about 30 seconds' warning.  I thought about getting a new battery, but they cost more than the phone did!  My only other complaint is that the white plastic housing - and the buttons especially - show dirt easily. I use this phone in the kitchen, and my hands are often dirty from food preparation when I take a call. This means I am constantly having to wipe smears of random gunk from the phone. But hey, I can't complain too much; the cost works out to about 75 cents/month.
