Nice gps package- their first generation but works well.

You know- looking for the right GPS is probably one of the more difficult things to do. Which technolgy do you need? Will it work with your handheld/computer.

I sprung for this from a supplier for 149.00. It comes with all the maps of the USA you need, and a hip holster, neck lanyard, and both mobile and home chargers. Fully stocked offering. Loading is quick and simple. If you lose the data and have to reload your pocket pc, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the software on the pc as well- no big deal- takes a few minutes.

On my HP 6315/6325 it loaded up fine- I put the maps on a sd card and away we went. I really works well, and gives you many tracking options often seen in larger packages.

All in all Im very satisfied with it. I took it with me into the mountains horse back ridign to mark locations of trails, wiht it on my hip, and holding my pocket pc, it all worked great.
