A Poor Performer - Look Elsewhere

The manufacturer claims this model can handle 2-3 sheets at a time. My experience has been significantly different, however. This shredder chronically jams when processing even a single sheet of paper, forcing you to toggle the reverse/forward button repeatedly...or unplug the unit and manually clear the jam. On average, my unit jams every 4 or 5 sheets...MUCH to frequently to make this a viable and useful device!

When functioning properly, this unit DOES do a good job of crosscut shredding and is incredibly easy to operate. The auto ON/OFF feature is great, allowing you to shred "on-demand" without having to change any settings on the unit itself.

However the constant headache of dealing with jams simply makes this piece of equipment more hassle than it's worth. Sadly, It's actually faster to shred documents BY HAND, than to utilize this shredder.
