Author's Review
You have been planning your vacation to Hawaii for years, and after months of running around your baggage is on the airplane. The flight attendants are serving cold "adult beverages", when you realize that you forgot one thing. This is important as well, because you want pictures from this unbelievable vacation. Instead of panicking and getting mad at yourself, do the smart thing and stop by a local CVS or Rite Aid store. There in the photography section of the store, is the Fuji Quicksnap Flash Disposable Camera with 400 film.
Fuji is an internationally recognized film/camera company, and they have produced fine products for years.(Competing heavily with Eastman-Kodak.) Their approach is to offer these products at a reasonable price, while producing quality that will satisfy their customers. The Fuji Quicksnap Flash is a great disposable camera, and fits easily in the palm of your hand. It is a perfect square shape, and allows for you to easily take pictures from any angle.
Picture taking is more than easy with this product:it's a no-brainer. All you have to do is look through the viewfinder, and press the button on the upper right hand side to produce a picture. The button is set just right, and is not so sensitive that it will allow pictures that you do want by accidentally brushing up against it.(A problem with many disposables!) The flash works very well, and this camera takes outstanding pictures in indoor and outdoor locations. It also does a fine job for night time pictures as well, and the images are quite clear even in "non perfect picture taking locations."
There are 27 exposures on this camera, and for $9.00 thats quite reasonable. I really like how portable and easy it is to use, plus the picture quality is just as good as a premium film camera's.(Although not near digital, but that's too be expected with film.) The 400 speed film allows for pictures with movement to be taken, while reducing the blur associated with photography of this type. This is a great feature for sporting events, where I have used this camera with much success. I've taken a lot of "action pictures" at my local baseball stadium, and they all came out great. The colors produced on the film are crisp and clear as well, which makes for a completely positive experience.
I fully recommend the Fuji QuickSnap, because it offers great value and performance. It can be found at many retailers in addition to the ones listed, and usually can be processed at one day film places. They fit anywhere, and they would be great for wedding guests as well, since that is where the disposable cameras have the market cornered. These cameras are on sale a lot during the summer, so snag up a few of them.(Expiration dates are 3 years)
