Just as Bad as Others Are Saying - Wish I'd Listened!
Pros:
Reasonable price. Sensor cooking might be nice (I never got to try it).
Cons:
Poor build quality and an unbearably loud fan.
The Bottom Line:
I would not recommend this microwave. If you must buy it, insist on seeing it in person first, and listen to the fan!

Author's Review
Despite the sorry reviews on this site, I bought this microwave hoping against hope that they were wrong. I have a thing about matching appliances, and we already have a great Frigidaire range. If I had been able to see this in person, I wouldn't have done it. Unfortunately, none of the stores had this model on display.
As soon as my husband installed it I knew we had made a mistake. If you like pictures to hang straight on the wall, if you have a hint of OCD, if you like things to look nice rather than cheap, you will be disappointed with this. The door was crooked - it was not flush with the keypad panel at the bottom, and it was lower by about 1/8". I think this is just shoddy design, but it could be a defect with that particular unit. I went to three stores to look at other Frigidaire models (no one had this exact model on display). Two of the three I looked at also had crooked doors, and one was off by over 1/4". Mine was bad enough that I worried the unit would leak microwaves.
On closer examination, I noticed areas around the door where the plastic was chipped off, and I am certain this was not due any rough handling on our part. The plastic seemed to be cheap and brittle. It just did not have a solid feel to it at all.
The final straw was when I tried the fan. I thought people here were exaggerating (some people are also really sensitive to sounds), but this thing is unbearably loud. It only has two fan settings, "crazy-jet-engine-loud" and "even louder". I knew I would never want the fan on, which is really not healthy with gas cooking.
I wish I could tell you how well this thing operated as an actual microwave, but I never used it. My husband spent a lot of time carefully installing it, but he had no objections when I told him it had to go. As it turns out, he shared my opinion of this product. We were very lucky the store would take it back. We're microwave shopping again, and matching up brand names is no longer a factor. I should have listened to Epinions - lesson learned!
